Every Christmas, members of the Wadebridge Coasters Cycling Club look forward to the much-loved annual Mince Pie Ride — a festive tradition combining crisp winter miles with plenty of seasonal cheer. Riders gather in colourful fancy dress, lights twinkling brighter than some of the bikes themselves, before heading out on a relaxed social ride through Wadebridge and surrounding areas spreading Christmas cheer.. The day is less about personal bests and more about friendship, laughter, and the essential end of ride stop for mince pies, hot drinks, and the occasional debate over whether anyone actually enjoys riding in freezing temperatures.
