Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales

The visit to the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales was a highlight of the year for the Wadebridge Coasters Cycling Club, giving members the chance to experience the thrill of riding on one of Britain’s most iconic indoor tracks. From the nervous first laps high up on the banking to the growing confidence — and competitiveness — as the session went on, the day was packed with excitement, encouragement, and more than a few questionable attempts at sprint finishes. Beyond the riding itself, the trip was another brilliant opportunity for club members to travel together and share new experiences.
